Road to recovery

Dear Clients and Supporters, we hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and well.

Thank you to all our clients who took part in our service recovery planning survey in May, we had a fantastic number of responses that has really helped us to put together a robust recovery plan.

As you know, our Staff were put on furlough at the start of April. Staff will now be unfurloughed at each stage to provide the resources required for that particular phase of the plan’s development.

Following a meeting of our Senior Clinical Team, we have a clear path towards recovery and the opening up of our services at Revive MS Support – our green shoots are definitely working their way to the sun.

During the last couple of weeks in June and throughout July we have been making telephone contact with as many clients as possible to discuss their needs. Where possible we will be undertaking face-face consultations using our web-based video link ARMSS, and during August will be able to offer 1:1 consultations (assessments and reviews) within the centre, however this will be under strict infection control conditions.

With the right nurturing conditions we are confident that by September we will again be open with a fuller service – maybe a little bit different from before, but a full range of services aimed at meeting the various needs of our clients and carers.

The pandemic lock-down has been a challenge for us all, but challenges offer up opportunities and Revive has survived. Many thanks to everyone that has contributed to the Revive to Thrive Justgiving campaign, it has helped us a lot. If you would still like to make a donation, then please go to

Thinking of you all.
