Less than 4 weeks to go to Sober October, and it can't come fast enough! A lot of us have maybe enjoyed one too many tipples during lockdown, so it's time to focus on a bit of positive health and wellbeing now that we're able to get out and about a bit more. And, let's face it, Dry January seems a long way away!
It couldn't be simpler to take part!
- Just go to Justgiving to set up a fundraising page and decide whether you're going to set your challenge for the whole month, 3 weeks or a fortnight.
- When October starts, don't drink any alcohol
- Ask friends and family to donate to your justgiving page by sharing it with them on social media
- Help people living with Multiple Sclerosis and feel good about your achievement!
