Our Circuits classes are intended for men only and take place every Tuesday and Wednesday at Govan, Glasgow.
Tuesday First class: 9.40am - 11am
Tuesday Second class: 11am - approx.12.30pm
Wednesday class: 1.30pm - approx. 3pm
All classes are overseen by a Physiotherapist Assistant.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning. Our classes are easy to follow and consist of a dozen different exercises which target strength as well as muscular endurance, but also aim to improve body awareness and balance. It is a total body workout working the different sections of the body individually: upper body, core and trunk, lower body and total body. A warm up and cool down (stretches) are also part of this program.
All the exercises can be customised and adapted to each participant's abilities. Banter and laughs are an integral part of this fun and relaxed class!
