Referrals to and from other agencies

At Revive MS Support, our professional staff work closely with other agencies involved in the provision of care and support for People with MS.

These can be varied and diverse in their application from referrals into the Statutory Bodies such as Community Physical Disability Teams or Social Work Disability Resources to arranging Shopmobility for Christmas outings!

Likewise, we constantly welcome clients referred to us by these and other organisations.
