MAST Architects 10K Challenge
On Sunday 4th September the team from MAST Architects took part in the Great Scottish Run 10k – and I’m happy to say all survived! A few personal best times were recorded, and a few aching muscles and sweaty t-shirts were taken home as souvenirs (along with the goody bag of assorted oddities handed out at the finish, like toothpaste and tea bags – not what we were craving at the end of the race!)

Many, many thanks to all of you who have already donated to our cause, it is very much appreciated, and gave us all the extra encouragement on the day that we needed to get through. If you have not had a chance yet to sponsor us, there’s still time – please visit our Just Giving webpage or see one of the team to make a donation in person. So far we have raised over £1,400 through the website and cash donations which is a fantastic effort!
We decided to raise money for Revive MS Support as we've seen how the centre can help people affected by Multiple Sclerosis to maintain and improve their quality of life. The service Revive provides really encourages people and families affected by MS to live life to the full.
Many thanks again to everyone that has already supported us!
Pedal For Scotland For Revive 2010
Team Revive Get set for the Off!
What a turnout from TeamRevive for the Pedal for Scotland 2010! This fine group of cyclists joined together to boost the fundraising efforts for Revive by cycling from Glasgow to Edinburgh. Thanks guys! You did a great job on our behalf. Sorry for the delay in adding you to the HALL OF FAME.

Singing for Revive
Jenny Wilson-Best and her friends from Opera Alba provided not only a magnificent evening of music but have gone to the top of the fundraising chart raising over £12,000 for Revive. Our grateful thanks go to Jenny and her colleagues from Opera Alba and to their many, many friends throughout the UK who contributed to this staggering total even if they were not able to be present at the event. Keep on singing!
Congratulations
Silver Wedding Present

Thoughtful Allan and Patricia Joyce decided to share more than their 25 years of happiness when celebrating their Silver Wedding Anniversary. The kind-hearted couple decided that instead of gifts for themselves they would ask for donations for their favourite charities. And so, Revive benefited from their generosity. We offer them our congratulations and our thanks and wish them many more happy years together.
Well Done Joan
A tremendous boost to funds!
What great time was had by all at Joan’s Curry Karaoke Night, held in her local. All she needed was some friends to buy tickets, and her own energy organising raffle prizes to accompany the amazing buffet. Result over £900. And everyone wants her to make this an annual event. Well done Joan! We hope this is not your last fundraising event for Revive.
Easy Fundraising!
Congratulations to Aileen for doing an amazing wheelchair dash at the Falkirk Wheel. This low cost, easily organised event raised a massive £1460 with money still coming. So come on, follow Aileen’s example and do your bit to help Revive!
Tom Brodie - - - Run done!!
Tom tells us he had a lot of fun doing the 13.1 miles of the Glasgow Half Marathon - although on the last mile, he couldn't quite see the joke.
But the punch line was worth it, his fundraising target was smashed, (£2891 so far)
Thank you to all who donated (and if you haven't you still can!!).
Tom knows that now, more than ever, charities are feeling tough times and this money will go directly to help men and women who have Multiple Sclerosis.
Fantastic effort Tom and well done to all your supporters
Faithful & Gould (Survival of the Fittest)
Ten of the Glasgow office staff from Faithful & Gould decided to dust off their old running shoes and compete in the Mens Health Survival of the Fittest Race in Edinburgh on the 17th of October 2010 To date they have raised in excess of £1,900
Congratulations to all those who took part and to everybody who sponsored the team.

Revive Shield Match 2011
What a match!! On Friday 4 November 2011, a Scottish Clergy Select team led by our own trustee, Rev. Iain Morrison and featuring Del Amitri's Justin Currie took on an MSP Select team led by Ken McIntosh MSP at Dumbarton's Strathclyde Homes Stadium, and won 3-1!
Keeping the boys in line on the day was retired Grade 1 referee Kenny Clark.
The clergy boys have smashed through their target to raise £5,000 at this event, but if you would still like to support their hard work, please check out their justgiving site.
We want to extend a special thank you to Dumbarton FC for being so accommodating and providing an excellent venue for this year’s game, and also to Polaroid Eyewear for sponsoring the much-needed post-match lunch for the players!
The clergy team were delighted to win the Shield this year after losing out to Strathclyde Police in 2010. Next year they hope to take on the renowned Dukla Pumpherston! Get training now boys!

Justin celebrates a goal! Lots of running around!!

All smiles now the hard work's over!
