We relate to NHS structures as part of the wider specialist community health provision available for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis. 

Crucially, Revive’s health professionals – MS nurse, physios, SLT, counsellor etc - work closely with their counterparts in the NHS to ensure that people with MS get a good all-round service, and to avoid duplication as far as possible. 

Because we are an independent charity, our services can be a bit more flexible than is sometimes the case with the NHS and we can generally react pretty quickly to particular needs as they arise.

Another important point is that our services are also open to family members and carers to benefit from them, not just people with the condition.
