What we do
MS is a condition which can affect people in a whole range of ways and to differing degrees. At Revive MS Support, you’ll find a wide range of information, support and specialist therapies which are designed to make life better for people affected by MS, no matter what their symptoms might be. Our main base is the multi-therapy MS centre in Maryhill, in the north of Glasgow. The Centre aims to be a “one-stop shop” for everyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis, whether people with the condition, family, carers or fellow health professionals. A team of almost 30 professional staff offers a wide range of therapies including physiotherapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, counselling, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, speech and swallowing therapy, chiropody, dietary advice and other specialist services and support groups, as well as information, advice and practical support. As well as serving the areas covered by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and NHS Lanarkshire, users travel from all parts of the West and Central Scotland to access the services at our MS Therapy Centre in Maryhill, Glasgow.
The Centre provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for anyone who wishes to attend. We also do a keen trade in pre-loved books, DVDs, CDs and videos. You are sure to find something of interest! We strive to complement local statutory health and social services and work in partnership with them under the auspices of the “Integrated Services Project”. As part of this project, a weekly clinic takes place in Cathcart, South Glasgow which caters for a significant number of people from that part of the city who would find it difficult to make the journey to our Centre in Maryhill. And we take some of our team of MS professionals out on the road to other communities, with regular fortnightly or monthly outreach clinics in East Kilbride, Douglas and Campbeltown. More venues are planned for the near future.

What we do

As well as supplying therapies and treatments for people with MS, Revive MS Support’s therapy centre is also a hive of social activity where you are welcome to drop in at any time. Clients often pop in, without appointment, for lunch or a cup of tea and a good old chinwag. Tommy’s toasties and the banter are renowned!
